Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have set "Only show a tray icon when updates are available or in case of errors".
My problem is that the tray icon appears too often.
I then always have the annoying urge to manually install the updates instead of waiting for them to be installed automatically (which I would prefer).
Describe the solution you'd like
Similarly to the option "Show a notification if an update has been available for (in logged-in days) I would like to an option to "Only show a tray icon when an update has been available for (in logged-in days) or in case of errors".
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively I could select "quit" in the tray icon's menu. But does this also stop automatic updates?
Additional context
I am using mintUpdate 6.0.9 with Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon.
