Fail at end of last download phase #3

A server error since wget http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/pool/main/t/tinyxml2/libtinyxml2-8_8.0.0+dfsg-2_amd64.deb succeeds. A second run didn't encounter this problem. I suggest some indication is given of "rollback" or restartable points.

Check again should restart/complete the download.
