As you can see from the AUR example, I got internet, I also tried downloading something else from the official repos, worked. I even updated my whole system. Weird... Oops, wrong mirrors...

AUR still broken.

You'll have to take that up with whoever maintains the aur package - we only maintain Linux Mint's.
