Source of 5.4.0 packages contains "not source" files #452

Hi, I spotted that 5.4.0 source packages (on http://packages.linuxmint.com/pool/backport/n/...) contains .changes and .buildinfo files that shouldn't be there, older versions don't have this problem

Yeah, I wouldn't package these if they had these files.
