Not all frames of GIF are resized correctly by `nemo-image-converter` #483

Distribution: ALT Linux Sisyphus

Versions:

nemo-5.8.2-alt1.x86_64
nemo-image-converter-5.6.0-alt1.x86_64
  1. Select an animated GIF (e.g. https://sample-videos.com/gif/3.gif).
  2. Right-click > Resize.
  3. Choose size e.g. 128x128.
  4. Click Resize.
  5. Open the resulting image.

Actual result: not all frames are correctly resized.

Expected result: all frames are resized correctly.
