nemo-terminal works only for root

I've installed the nemo-terminal extension.

When I launch nemo with root then this extension works. But launching as normal user the terminal it won't launch.

After installing nemo-terminal you must log out then in to view the nemo terminal.

Or reload nemo: nemo --quit && nemo &

Still same issue.

Other extension like nemo-preview works.

I've installed nemo-terminal by different methods

1. sudo apt install nemo-terminal
2. apt-install terminal
3. clones repo and ./build nemo-terminal and installed the .deb file

But the outcome is always the same. Only the root user can have access to nemo-terminal :(

Have you configured nemo-terminal to appear at start-up? Try to click on a file, then press F4.

I've installed it with: apt install nemo-terminal.

Then run nemo and open Preferences/Plugins and configure Nemo Terminal.

"Visible by default" is enabled. Clicked on a file, directory - still not working...

EDIT: now it works... I don't know what happened
