[Enhancement] Interactive previews of media files (video/gif) like in Davinci Resolve #3053

At the moment, if you need to quickly view the contents of a video file or gif animation, you are forced to open the file in a separate program. I suggest adding a file content preview similar to what is in Davinci Resolve (example video), so that the user can quickly view the file content without opening it in the player. This approach is better than static previews when you have several similar files in one place.

You can use nemo-preview to do this.

You can use nemo-preview to do this.

Yes, I use it. But all the same, these are different functions. nemo-preview requires additional actions (select file, open preview window, rewind video with mouse, close preview window, go to next video and repeat), while with this approach, it would be enough for me to hover over the list of files in the folder.

nemo-preview simply requires a selection followed by pressing the space bar, which acts as a toggle.
