switch to pkexec #5

Switching to pkexec will make the code more compatible with other distro's.

Held for now until we figure out the localization issues with pkexec (there's a PR for that on cinnamon-session but I'd like to investigate solving that cross-DE).

I'd also like this tool to run in user-mode eventually...
