Keyboard shortcuts (again), and adding default actions in dialogs using "Enter" key. #144

Issue Highly desirable would be keyboard shortcuts for such actions as:

File Save As - e.g. Ctrl-Shift-S or Ctrl-Shift-A

All Menubar headings and all Menubar drop-downs should have an underlined keyboard character, e.g.: F̲ile E̲dit V̲iew G̲o H̲elp

All dialogs should have a default safe action triggered by the Enter key. E.g. when saving as a .png we get "Compression Level", the Mouse MUST be used: neither button responds to "Enter".
