OS: Linux Mint 21.1 Pix 2.8.9

Can we have some documentation for some of the features on Pix? For example I wanted to do some .webp conversion but have no idea what "Method" is? There's no explanation on it from the front page "Read Me" document, nor was I able to find this online.

also is there a way to translate whatever 'help documentation' exists to other languages? if so how for its not on launchpad.
