Normally pressing + button should zoom in but it doesn't probably due to the way cinnamon maps keys. There was a similar problem on terminal but pressing shift+equal key rectified it but on Pix this won't work either. I have solved the issue by setting custom shortcut for zoom to equal sign [=] but thought should report the bug anyway.
