Feature request: resume broken transmission #122

Open armin-fx opened 2 years ago

When i send large files with a transmission time of around 30 minutes, they sometimes break off because of my wifi connection. I can then delete the remain files and have to repeat the process. Being able to resume the transmission process would save me a lot of time.

One more thing: The files might get a different file extension during the sending process. So you can see immediately if the transmission process is still running.

Can you explain more about that second thing? I'm not sure I follow what you're after there.

The idea was that the target file would be appended with a specific file extension like ".part" as long as the transfer continues. After the transfer is complete, the file gets its real name back.
