Trying to send files from one computer (Windows-10) to another (Ubuntu 20.04.5). Windows computer recognizes Ubuntu, but says Ubuntu is off-line. Ubuntu computer says doesn't see other computers

Have a look at these troubleshooting tips if you haven't yet: https://github.com/linuxmint/warpinator#troubleshooting-tips

Unfortunately we only maintain the Linux version of Warpinator, and the issues you're describing could be caused by misconfiguration or a bug on either end.

I am also exactly facing the same issue, using zorin os as the receiver and sending files from a win10, from win10 it can not detect device within the LAN and from zorin it can detect the win machine when starts to send files all on a sudden says the other machine is offline though it isn't.

I finally resolved my intermittent issues on Ubuntu by adding a 3rd firewall entry for the Linux OS Service ‘avahi-daemon’ 5353/udp ... working good, now!
