Steps to reproduce

Run a fresh instance of webapp-manager after reboot through gnome app menu

Check out this solution from StackOverflow.

N.B.: Do not attach zip files as thy are relatively unsafe. Rather use services like pastebin to show text outputs or imgur for images.
