Favicon 3rd and final PR #40

Old favicon was 48x48px in favicon.ICO format... To keep it safe and simple, i did:

favicon.svg rescaled 256px -> 48px and Save as Optimized SVG
GIMP Export as favivon.ico (32 bpp, 8-bit alpha, no palette and not compressed)
checked: colour = yours
re-tested on Firefox
