Restore dark mode settings #587

Text/code editors should support dark mode regardless of what preference is being used system wide, even GTE does

What themes and dark mode setting are you using?

Also note that the inside of Xed (where the text is) is configurable in Xed Preferences -> Theme.

xed version 3.2.8 has the option to toggle dark theme: edit > preferences > theme > use dark theme xed version 3.4.1 (in the 21.2 beta iso) is missing this option.

I'm talking about the setting for Xed itself not the GtkSourceview that existed before 233bc4a
