feat: update azerbaijani translation #603

Hi. I think the past version of azerbaijani translation is not good. And that's why I remade this. I filled 99% of empty translations. I thinks it's helpful, Thanks

To translate LM, please use https://translations.launchpad.net/linuxmint

I don't know, did LM's developers will use your work. Maybe better will be, if you use launchpad.
