XReader incorrectly shows a specific PDF file. podrobnie_usloviya.pdf

Steps to reproduce

Open the attached file in XReader.

Expected behavior

The absence of black rectangles on the right on pages 1-3. Xreader

I have the same problem with evince and qpdfview doesn't even open the file, on the other side firefox and chrome open the file as expected.
