New style tabs for Xreader Properties window. #63

The Xreader Properties window uses old style tabs, whereas Nemo's Preferences and Properties windows, as well as System Settings sections use new style tabs which are more elegant. It would be nice to have the new style tabs for Xreader Properties window as well.

Probably don't need to file this on every xapp. They will likely change at one point, just haven't gotten to it yet. When they do, it should be all of them.
