3.8.2 lacks the option to open always in "Lecture mode" #630

Bug description

Documents always are opened in the non-reader view (non-contiguos pages) and there is no way in Preferences to tell the application to open documents always in reader view.

Steps to reproduce

Just open any document in Reader 3.8.2 and check there's not an option to open the documents in reader view.

Expected behavior

There must exist an option in the Preferences so that the user chooses either one.

Using version 4.0.2 and this feature is still badly needed for those of us who need to open a large number of PDFs. Clicking to change each one to reader mode feels a bit unnecessary.
