2 days ago I just installed evince and it has the same error.
Opening the file on a pure Ubuntu machine, using the default document viewer does not have the issue

Interactive PDF with 13 pages - only first 2 pages shown in xreader. Interactive editing works on first two pages. File size ~500 k - other programs show all 13 pages (e. g. LibreOffice) Other data: producer: Adobe PDF Library 17.11.238 creator: Adobe PDF Maker 17 for Word created Sep. 2021 format: PDF-1.6
