No animations in the SVG files

 * Xviewer version (xviewer --2.4.3)
 * Distribution - (Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon)

Issue Xviewer fails to play animation in SVG file.

Steps to reproduce Save the Zip file, extract the svg and try to open it.

Expected behaviour

I'd expect to see the animation in the file.

I have also encountered this issue. Attached is another example
