Error in import-devices #122

linuxmuster-import-devices currently fails for Linbo, as it tries to restart the linbo-bittorrent service which no longer exists

Restarting the imaging deployment services at the end of linuxmuster-import-devices is deprecated. This is only necessary if images are added or removed. Removed the corresponding code from the script.
