Fix device specific links #125

This PR fixes the creation for device-specific links in /srv/linbo/start.conf-* and /srv/linbo/boot/grub/hostcfg/*.cfg in multi schools

I don't think so. But @PLanB2008 should confirm this.

Unless these links are not needed anymore or there has been implemented a fix in another way solving the problem not parsing all school devices.csv files, this is still needed.
