http://icanhazip.com is blocked by BelWue-Jugendschutzfilter.

I tried http://wtfismyip.com/text, which was also blocked. http://ipinfo.io/ip is not blocked, so perhaps switch to that? Service is limited to 1000 queries per day. Should be sufficient.
