Related to https://github.com/linuxmuster/linuxmuster-base7/issues/30 linbo clients should download a start.conf-\<macaddress> if available.

Published in linuxmuster-linbo 2.3.58. Linbo client tries to download first the start.conf-, which is provided on the server for dynamic ip hosts. If this fails he downloads the regular start.conf- for fixed ip hosts.
