Wording of german translation improved.

Hello @michaelkohls ,

Thanks for your help ! But this is not the way we are dealing with translations : all translations are made with crowdin. Then we retrieve it automatic in this repo. So please make your changes in crowdin, and I will merge it here. Otherwise your changes in app.po and app.js will be overwritten.

I will close this and the other PR.
