Almost looks like a DNS resolving issue but the amount of usable info is a little small.
@mvdkleijn this is not an dns error
This works fine
@mvdkleijn I don't know what to tell you. You're not really giving any details on what you were trying to do.
The error file_get_contents(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo for heimdall.local failed: Name has no usable address
is occurring at line 228 in ItemController.php. This error suggests that the URL heimdall.local is not resolvable. You might want to check the URL and ensure that it's accessible from Heimdall.
The .local address is managed by / reserved for mDNS / zeroconf and depending on your setup might not be reachable from your container.
Heimdall.local is the replacement URL. I have duplicated the proxmox data, which works, but when I insert it and want to create a new entry with it, I get the 500 error
Okay, let's get back to basics. I understand you're trying to develop a new enhanced app for Heimdall. That is fine.
The process is best done locally on your desktop/laptop and is (I believe) described in the wiki. Once it works locally, or it is nearly works, feel free to already create a (draft) PR. You can simply add "[WIP]" in front of the summary. That way I can look at it and maybe point out any issues.
Right now, you're not really answering my questions and all I know is the error that you submitted points to a DNS resolving issue.
Closing this to clean up, feel free to reopen or comment when needed.
Reasoning:
Hello, I use the newest docker version. I am currently testing new apps for Heimdall. It also works that they are displayed.
But when I want to create an entry with the new app I always get 500 server error as error message. Since I thought this might be due to my app I duplicated proxmox and modified it so that I can add it as a new app but even then I get the 500 server error message. I also attach the log
