Option to load pre-defined configuration on first start. #1255

Could be nice to app option to load pre-defined configuration on first start. For example environment variables:

environment:
  - CONFIG='[{"title": "App"," ... }]'

or passing file:

environment:
  - FILE__CONFIG=HeimdallExport.json
