I do not have any 3d printers, these containers need to be tested by someone with a printer. I have tested the basic functionality like:

• Does the app run
• Does DRI3 work for the 3d stuff
• Can it open and import models
• Can it save and load projects

This is awesome, I just came across this when looking into how to accomplish the same 😃. Can't wait for it to go live so I can add it to my unraid server.

What you asked for:

• ✅ Does the app run

• ❌ Does DRI3 work for the 3d stuff

  • I am unable to test this as I am using wsl2 + docker to run this on my windows machine and I don't think my set up has the right drivers for this.

• ✅ Can it open and import models

• ✅ Can it save and load projects

  • load project
    • NOTE: I was unable to rotate the models like I did previously after loading the project, but I think this is due to me not having the GPU accessible to the container.
  • save project

Extras that I did:

• ✅ login with my Bambu lab account

  

• ✅ check that my printer connected under the device tab and was able to communicate with it

  • tested by checking that I got a feed from the camera and could tell my printer to home the tool head

    

Methodology
