Wanted change

Migrate to KasmVNC instead of noVNC from kasmtech https://github.com/kasmtech/KasmVNC

Reason for change

noVnc has not had a update since 2023, latest version of KasmVNC 1.3.3 got released a few days a go with much wanted features.
