rebase to kasmvnc jammy baseimage #7

Part of a larger rebase effort to get all of our GUI images in sync with the new desktop base.

Deb menu is resolved in the baseimage, as far as complains for (XDG_RUNTIME, XAUTHORITY, dbus) those will all be inherent with running in docker without a proper init and systemd.
