Support multiple currencies? #13

Desired Behavior

I wish to be able to change the currency the budget is presented in per user, if possible multiple currencies in one budget.

Current Behavior

I've just installed the latest docker image, and for the life of me I can't see how to change from usd$ to eur€ or SEK?

Alternatives Considered

Might be a lack of user friendly documentation?
