fix fullscreen on start #148

Recent releases changed the window name, which broke our fullscreen fix Now we go by app name rather than window name

oh, probably. I forgot.

EDIT: likely not, since this was due to a change in recent version of Calibre. V4 is probably fine. I'll test anyway

v4 is fine. But your comment made me realize we never added the v4 tag info to the master readme. Oops. Adding it now.
