Calibre Web is not starting in Docker on my DS2415+ (Internal server error)

OS: DSM 6.2.3-25423

CPU architecture: x86_64/arm32/arm64
x64

How docker service was installed:

Official Package frpm package center from synology

Command used to create docker container (run/create/compose/screenshot)

Docker logs
