Refactor ci.py and switch to python 3

Refactor ci.py and use python 3.

Note: I've only tested this using the docker run command from the readme.

Python

• Added a CI class with all the test methods.
  • Splits up some of the bigger functions.
  • All tests are still multithreaded
  • Added a new env WEB_SCREENSHOT_DELAY
  • optional, time in seconds to delay before taking screenshot
• Added a SetEnvs class.
  • Helper class that initializes and checks that all the necessary enviroment variables exists. Object is initialized upon init of CI.
• Added a custom logger module.
  • Debug logs also get uploaded to S3.
  • Note: Logs are scraped for sensitive credentials.
• Replace index.html with template.html
  • Jinja uses this to create the index.html report. results.template is not used anymore.
  • Added several changes to the HTML template.
  • Report status on the tags are now split into their "tag" section.
  • Several stying changes.
  • Added dark mode that follows the system.
• Tests are ran using the test_build.py script

Dockerfile

• Adds runtime packages xvfb, xserver-xephyr, python3, python3-pip, python3-setuptools.
• Adds python dependency pyvirtualdisplay
• Bump base to jammy
