unrar missing from latest #51

The unrar executable is missing from the latest docker image.

It's there, but it's broken. Might be caused by alpine dropping python 2 in alpine 3.12 which this was rebased to recently.

Should be fixed now. I didn't see that we rebased it from a python baseimage with unrar included to alpine 3.12. Sorry for the trouble.
