For cloudflare basic the A record is the only orange cloud, but if you have enterprise the CNAME wildcard can be proxied/Orange too. Which record/s are being talked about.

Its a pr as question with an edit because its not explicitly stated which of the previous statements its referring to as both could be conditionally orange but is used singularly.
