Ability to protect linuxserver/openssh-docker-server with this fail2ban Docker container

• update documentation to explain how to do it

Reason for change

It seems that your openssh-docker-server container has been adapted in version 21.10.20 to allow fail2ban to protect it, but I haven't found any documentation about this?
