Description:

Fixes #53 which was due to upstream problems with Alpine's libxml2 package which has since been resolved.

Benefits of this PR and context:

Allows deploying containers based on this image on RPi 3

How Has This Been Tested?

I built the image based on the updated baseimage-alpine-nginx:3.15 and was able to successfully run the container and access the login page without producing a 502 error

If you wouldn't mind to test the image lspipepr/grocy:v3.3.1-pkg-e772ab19-pr-52 and confirm that it works as expected and leave a comment in #52 to confirm, that would get it moving.
