Email Reports not working, because sendreports is not started #92

Expected Behavior

Reports should be sent periodically if activated

Current Behavior

Reports not send. See
https://github.com/healthchecks/healthchecks/issues/706#event-7421443194

Where a healthchecks-dev confirms the issue with the linuxserver-container

Or is this container dead? Nobody seems to maintain it anymore.
