requires testing
potential, stressing potential here.... as fixes #62 and fixes #57
only x86_64 at present, haven't made mono baseimage branches for other arch's as yet

locked as don't want this spammed , there are 2 issues open about jackett crashing/restarting etc. doesn't need any comments here outside of the team.

@sparklyballs initial smoketest looks Ok, https://lsio-ci.ams3.digitaloceanspaces.com/lspipepr/jackett/v0.10.722-pkg-39702e69-pr-69/index.html (aarch64 qemu does not support a call, but works on a local machine natively)

How do we specifically test restarting outside of using these containers in a live env?
