[BUG] FFMPEG Error

Current Behavior

FFProbe is erroring out and setting stuff to null resulting in my Unraid Docker log’s getting filled

Expected Behavior

FFMPEG and FFProbe should report back successfully

Steps To Reproduce

Using Unraid 6.11.5 also tested Unraid 6.9.2 with same effects. Go to community applications, type jellyfin using stock parameters load content in and hit scan and start to watch logs as it errors out a bunch. Seems to be the FFMPEG switch that was introduced has failed.

Environment

- OS:Unraid 6.11.5
- How docker service was installed: Unraid 6.11.5, Docker Image OS is Ubuntu 22.04.1 Jammy

CPU architecture

x86-64

Docker creation

Using predefined Docker image from Unraid community apps.

Container logs

Not sure how to pull logs but can provide a image of my logs if needed.
