Checking my own testing instance, it's idling at 2GB itself which I suspect is normal. If you're concerned about ram usage, I would ask jellyfin Devs directly if this is normal.

thanks for your input. that's strange. i just played some music and the ram stayed at 330 MB. I stopped that and played a video and ram stayed at 330 MB.
EDIT: ok, now it has gotten up to 2 GB of RAM. I guess this is normal.

Current Behavior
After a few days running the docker image, the RAM usage is at 1.95 GB steady. This is when I'm not using Jellyfin to watch movies or listen to music.
When I restart the container with docker-compose restart, the RAM usage goes down to a more reasonable 230 MB.
Expected Behavior
I think it should probably be using less than almost 2 GB of RAM when it is idle and not in use.
