Wanted change

When you run docker compose down it'll delete your database files.

Reason for change

When you run docker compose down it'll delete your database files.

Proposed code change

Add a section to readme to add persistent volumes for /etc/jellyfin and /var/lib/jellyfin

I just copy pasted wrong. Closing. /config works fine
