NFR: add the plugin folder in the config directory, or in another docker volume #50

For now the plugin directory for the plugin install and configuration is not present on the exposed volume. It would be easier to have the plugin directory in a docker volume or in the already existing /config directory

As soon as you install a plugin from the Webui, the folder gets created in the /config mount.
