Push empty index for latest tags when deprecating image #270

Description:

Makes use of ghcr.io/linuxserver/jenkins-builder:empty which is a copy of docker.io/traefik@sha256:eb37f58646a901dc7727cf448cae36daaefaba79de33b5058dab79aa4c04aefb

Will push an empty index for latest, amd64-latest, and arm64v8-latest (or relevant branch tags) when deprecating an image.
