adding initial version based on alpine #1

This is a desktop app container with a simple launcher for running libreoffice applications. It's based on alpine due to size, the ubuntu version would be exponentially bigger. Right now Alpine is a little behind on libreoffice releases, but the package is flagged and I would expect it to get upgraded. Libreoffice has a web based project, but honestly it is complex to setup and just does not seem like it is there yet or actively developed.
