Add Lychee-front package to Docker image to remove error message #10

Please add Lychee-front as submodule or download it separately & run the symlinking for it as well. Otherwise I get the following error:

/usr/share/webapps/lychee/Lychee-front/package.json not found. Please do: git submodule init ; git submodule update

Sorry, just saw the pull request.. If this is merged, it should work.
