Description:

This allows users to specify custom redis db instance IDs for the netbox caching and task functions, for use with shared redis instances.

It also separates out optional envs in the readme to try and make the large number a bit more manageable.

How Has This Been Tested?

Build tested locally with new envs and working as expected.
